Fragrance oil does climb the rope depending on cap saturation. Large swinging of the car air freshener can cause over-saturation of the wood cap and cause it to drip down the sides of jar. Immediately clean up any fluid that drips with warm soapy water to avoid damage to surfaces including but not limited to vinyl, plastics, leather and carpet.
